HARTSDALE, N.Y.----Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc. , a US-based energy company engaged in the development, production and distribution of oil and gas, announced today that Company has entered into definitive agreements with certain accredited investors to sell in a registered direct offering an aggregate of 5 million shares of its common stock at a price of $4.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $20 million.
