Prospect Medical Holdings Schedules Fiscal 2010 First Quarter Financial Results and Conference Call

LOS ANGELES----Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. , which owns and operates four community-based hospitals and one tertiary care hospital and manages the medical care of HMO enrollees in Southern California, today announced that it plans to issue financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2009 after the market closes on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
